Nestled by the River Avia in Spain's Ribeiro DO, Coto de Gomariz has set out on a mission to introduce native Galician grape varieties to the wider world. Their organic vineyards sit on shisteous, granitic, sandy soils; with steep slopes, tiny yields and a unique microclimate making this spot ideal for producing awesome wine. Flower and the Bee Blanco 2023 is a stunning organic white made from 100% Treixadura. Powerful flavours of herbs, pears and white peach, with some apricot and spice notes. Real presence, but not at all heavy. Just lovely fruit intensity, and amazing freshness. A great wine to pair with all kinds of seafood.
